Pets' Policy
Limited Availability: A limited number of apartments are available for tenants with pets. Availability is subject to the designated pet-friendly apartments.
Maximum Number of Pets: Only one pet is allowed per home. Tenants are not permitted to have more than one pet.
Leash Requirement: Pets must always be kept on a leash when outside the apartment. This ensures the safety of the pet, other residents, and the community..
Pet Lease: Tenants with pets will be provided with a pet lease. This document outlines the terms and conditions regarding pet ownership and responsibilities.
Weight Restriction: The maximum weight allowed for a pet is 50 pounds. Pets exceeding this weight limit are not permitted.
Nonrefundable Pet Fee: A non-refundable fee of $350 per pet is required. This fee covers additional cleaning and potential damages related to pet ownership.
Pet Rent: Tenants with pets will have an additional monthly charge of $25 per pet added to their regular rent. This fee helps cover the cost of maintaining the premises for pet owners.
Prohibited Breeds: The following breeds are not allowed in the apartments due to their perceived aggression or potential for aggressive behavior: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bull Dogs, American Staffordshire Terriers, Argentine Dogos, Bull Mastiffs, Cane Corso, Doberman Pinschers, Fila Brasileiros, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Tosa Inus, and Wolf Hybrids.
Restricted Pets: Besides the prohibited breeds, the following pets are not permitted in the apartments: monkeys, ferrets, snakes, rabbits, livestock, and reptiles.
Landlord Discretion: Accepting any pets not explicitly mentioned is at the landlord's discretion. This means that the landlord will evaluate each case individually and make a decision based on various factors.
